Fees paid definition

Fees paid means the following fees must be paid, waived, or covered by financial aid: Educational Fee; University Registration Fee; nonresident tuition (if applicable); the Professional School fee (if applicable); and campus-based fees.

  • ICANN’s aggregate monetary liability for violations of this Agreement will not exceed an amount equal to the Registry-­‐Level Fees paid by Registry Operator to ICANN within the preceding twelve-­‐month period pursuant to this Agreement (excluding the Variable Registry-­‐Level Fee set forth in Section 6.3, if any).

Related to Fees paid

  • Class Counsel Fees Payment and “Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment” mean the amounts allocated to Class Counsel for reimbursement of reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, respectively, incurred to prosecute the Action.

  • Facing Fee shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.01(c).
