Fertilizer Business definition

Fertilizer Business means the business conducted by IMC-Agrico Company.
Fertilizer Business means the business conducted by the Company consisting of the production, manufacture, processing, marketing and sale of fertilizers and related products.
Fertilizer Business has the meaning assigned to that term in Schedule 7.1(a)(1) of this Agreement.

Fertilizer Business means the business of producing, compounding, mixing, repackaging, storing, distributing, importing and exporting of fertilizer for commercial purpose;
