FF Products definition

FF Products means, collectively, the products known as FOCUSfactor, FOCUSfactor Kids and any other products of Borrower or its Subsidiaries now or here after marketed or sold under the FOCUSfactor brand, and any improvements thereon. Synergy and the Lender agree to the following amendments to the Amended and Restated Loan Agreement:

Examples of FF Products in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding Section 3.1, until the Notice Date, Synergy shall be permitted to source FF Products directly from the Manufacturer.

  • The Parties shall negotiate in good faith towards an appropriate response to such a Governmental Authority in respect of each proposed change in the quality of the FF Products including any costs associated with implementing said changes.

  • Except as set forth otherwise in Section 2.3, Synergy will purchase all of its requirements of FF Products for Canada and in respect of Direct Channel Sales or Retail Sales exclusively from Knight, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Upon expiry or termination of this Agreement, all rights granted by Knight hereunder shall terminate and Synergy undertakes except as provided for in Section 5.4, to cease any Commercialization of the FF Products in Canada.

  • Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, in the event that Knight determines to create and operate a website or uses other social media to promote and sell FF Products in Canada, it shall consult with Synergy and each of Synergy and Knight shall coordinate and cooperate with respect to their web and social media initiatives.

  • In such instances, Knight and Synergy shall determine mutually acceptable procedures that will allow Synergy to liaise directly with the Manufacturer in respect of order entry, logistics, delivery and other related matters; provided that Synergy shall acquire FF Products exclusively from Knight as stated in Section 3.1 above.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Spray buff product means a product designed to restore a worn floor finish in conjunction with a floor buffing machine and special pad.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Seller Products means all products and services that are being manufactured or performed by Seller at any time, other than Logic Business Products that are being manufactured or performed by Seller as of the Closing Date.

  • the Products means all products and associated documentation to be supplied under this Contract;

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements.   • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Your Products means products developed or to be developed by or for You that include an Intel Component executing the Materials.

  • End Products as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired for public use under this contract.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • complex product means a product which is composed of multiple components which can be replaced permitting disassembly and re-assembly of the product.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
