FF Products definition

FF Products means, collectively, the products known as FOCUSfactor, FOCUSfactor Kids and any other products of Borrower or its Subsidiaries now or here after marketed or sold under the FOCUSfactor brand, and any improvements thereon. Synergy and the Lender agree to the following amendments to the Amended and Restated Loan Agreement:

Examples of FF Products in a sentence

  • They do not stand in conflict with the protection of competition as the general goal of merger control and compe- tition policy.

  • Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, in the event that Knight determines to create and operate a website or uses other social media to promote and sell FF Products in Canada, it shall consult with Synergy and each of Synergy and Knight shall coordinate and cooperate with respect to their web and social media initiatives.

  • Synergy shall use reasonable commercial efforts to Commercialize the FF Products in Canada, including using its “Einstein” materials and through television advertising.

  • Knight may impose reasonable credit limits on the amount of FF Products that are on order or unpaid from time to time.

  • In commercializing the FF Products in Canada through Direct Channel Sales or Retail Sales, Knight shall not pursue a brand strategy that Synergy, acting reasonably, determines is materially adverse to the brand equity of FF Products in Canada.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

  • Your Products means products developed or to be developed by or for You that include an Intel Component executing the Materials.

  • End Products as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired for public use under this contract.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.
