FHLB Rate definition

FHLB Rate means the rate per annum quoted by Lender as Lender’s FHLB rate based upon the FHLB Seattle rate as quoted in Bloomberg, or on the FHLB Seattle internet web site at www.FHLBsea.com, or other comparable service selected by Lender for the applicable Interest Period. This definition of FHLB Rate is to be strictly interpreted and is not intended to serve any purpose other than providing an index to determine the rate used herein. It is not necessarily the lowest rate charged by Lender on its loans. If the FHLB Rate becomes unavailable during the term of this Promissory Note, Lender may designate a substitute index after notifying Borrower.
FHLB Rate means the five (5) year rate as published by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh on (A) the Initial Maturity Date, or if Borrower has elected and qualified for the Extension Option, the Initial Extended Maturity Date, and on (B) the Conversion Date. If the FHLB Rate becomes unavailable, Lender may designate a substitute comparable index after notifying Borrower.
FHLB Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.08(c) hereto.

Examples of FHLB Rate in a sentence

  • As used in this Section 2.4F, the term “Applicable FHLB Rate Period” shall mean five (5) years and the “Applicable FHLB Amortization Period” shall mean twenty (20) years.

  • As used this Section 2.4E, the term “Applicable FHLB Rate Period” shall mean five (5) years.

FHLB Rate means, as of any date of determination, the rate per annum quoted by Lender as its Thirty Day FHLB rate based upon the FHLB Seattle rate as quoted in Bloomberg, or on the FHLB Seattle internet web site at wxx.XXXXxxx.xxx, or other comparable service selected by Lender. This definition of “FHLB Rate” is to be strictly interpreted and is not intended to serve any purpose other than providing an index to determine the interest rate used herein. It is not the lowest rate at which Lender may make loans to any of its customers, now or in the future. If the FHLB Rate becomes unavailable during the term of this Agreement, Lender may designate a substitute index after notifying Borrowers.
FHLB Rate means a fixed rate of interest determined by Lender based upon the Amortizing Advance Rate offered by the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York for instruments having a term of five-year/five-year amortization (or for remaining amortization) most recently available on the day which is two (2) Business Days immediately preceding the date for such determination.
FHLB Rate means the Classic Advance Rate for Fixed Rate Advances for a period of five (5) years for an amount greater than or equal to the Loan Commitment, as such rate is defined and published by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston.

Related to FHLB Rate

  • NYFRB Rate means the rate for a federal funds transaction quoted at 11:00 a.m. on such day received to the Administrative Agent from a Federal funds broker of recognized standing selected by it; provided, further, that if any of the aforesaid rates shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • CMS Rate means the applicable swap rate for swap transactions in the Reference Currency with a maturity of the Designated Maturity, expressed as a percentage, which appears on the Relevant Screen Page as at the Specified Time on the relevant Interest Determination Date in question, all as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Class A-2b Rate means, for any Distribution Date and the related Accrual Period, the Benchmark for the related Accrual Period plus 0.60% per annum (subject to any related Benchmark Replacement Adjustment); provided, however, that for any Accrual Period for which the sum of the Benchmark for that Accrual Period plus such applicable spread is less than 0.00%, the Class A-2b Rate for that Accrual Period shall be deemed to be 0.00%.

  • Class B Rate means 0.00% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months).

  • SONIA Reference Rate means, in respect of any London Banking Day, a reference rate equal to the daily Sterling Overnight Index Average ("SONIA") rate for such London Banking Day as provided by the administrator of SONIA to authorised distributors and as then published on the Relevant Screen Page (or if the Relevant Screen Page is unavailable, as otherwise is published by such authorised distributors) on the London Banking Day immediately following such London Banking Day; and

  • Compounded Daily Reference Rate means, with respect to an Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment in the Specified Currency (with the applicable Reference Rate (as indicated in the relevant Final Terms and further provided for below) as the reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent on the Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards:

  • Base Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum equal to the higher of (a) the Federal Funds Rate for such day plus one-half of one percent (0.5%) and (b) the Prime Rate for such day. Any change in the Base Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Federal Funds Rate shall be effective on the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or Federal Funds Rate.

  • Class A-2a Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Federal Funds Effective Rate means, for any day, the weighted average (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1%) of the rates on overnight Federal funds transactions with members of the Federal Reserve System arranged by Federal funds brokers, as published on the next succeeding Business Day by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or, if such rate is not so published for any day that is a Business Day, the average (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1%) of the quotations for such day for such transactions received by the Administrative Agent from three Federal funds brokers of recognized standing selected by it.

  • Class A-1 Rate means 5.604% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the relevant Interest Period and a 360‑day year).

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.

  • Alternative Rate means an alternative benchmark or screen rate which the Independent Adviser determines in accordance with Condition 5(j)(ii) is customarily applied in international debt capital markets transactions for the purposes of determining rates of interest (or the relevant component part thereof) in the same Specified Currency as the Notes.

  • SOFR Rate means the rate that will be calculated by the Calculation Agent for each Accrual Period on the SOFR Adjustment Date as of the SOFR Determination Time (or, if the Benchmark is not SOFR, the Reference Time) and, except as provided below following a determination by the Administrator that a Benchmark Transition Event and its related Benchmark Replacement Date have occurred, shall mean, with respect to the Class A-2b Notes as of any SOFR Adjustment Date, a rate equal to Compounded SOFR; provided, that, the Administrator will have the right, in its sole discretion, to make applicable SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes.
