Fiber System. The optical fiber strands, innerduct, conduit, building entrance facilities, associated appurtenances, and capacity owned by Owner and located throughout the Rights of Way of the City of Dublin, Ohio and the greater Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area (a general depiction of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A")

Fiber System is defined for purposes of this Supplement to mean an existing twelve (12) strand system of Tempe-owned fiber running from Tempe Main located at 00 X. 0xx Xxxxxx (City Hall) to the ASU Center Point building located at 000 X.   • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;
