Fiber System. The optical fiber strands, innerduct, conduit, building entrance facilities, associated appurtenances, and capacity owned by Owner and located throughout the Rights of Way of the City of Dublin, Ohio and the greater Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area (a general depiction of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A")
Fiber System means the Fiber Backbone, Fiber Service Rings and Service Drops owned by Tacoma Power.
Fiber System is defined for purposes of this Supplement to mean an existing twelve (12) strand system of Tempe-owned fiber running from Tempe Main located at 00 X. 0xx Xxxxxx (City Hall) to the ASU Center Point building located at 000 X. Xxxx Xxx. “Facility” means two (2) fiber optic strands within the Fiber System. Tempe grants ASU the right to exclusively use the Facility for the purpose of extending ASU’s facilities as specified in C2003-150, Supplement 1, Section 1, dated 8/14/2003.

More Definitions of Fiber System

Fiber System means the fiber portion of each Network that is owned or controlled by NextG and within which the Leased Fibers are located.
