Fidelity Mutual Funds definition

Fidelity Mutual Funds means any investment company advised by Fidelity Management & Research Company or any of its affiliates.

Fidelity Mutual Funds. Such eligible investment company funds as from time to time shall obtain the approval of the Plan Administrator and the Trustees, as evidenced by their listing on Part II of Schedule C to the Plan Instrument.

  • Purchases of Fidelity Mutual Funds with contributions made by the Company or participants (other than for exchanges) shall be made on the date on which the Master Trustee receives from the Company in good order the information and documentation necessary to accurately effect such purchases or, if later, the date on which the Master Trustee has received a wire transfer of funds necessary to make such purchase.

  • Exchanges or sales of Fidelity Mutual Funds shall be made at the direction of Participants in accordance with the Telephone Exchange Guidelines attached hereto as Schedule "F".

  • The Authorizing Party and the Sponsor acknowledge that Strategic Advisers is affiliated with other entities that may receive asset-based compensation in connection with the investment options offered under the Plan, including, but not limited to, Fidelity Mutual Funds.

  • To that end, the Authorizing Party acknowledges that it is the named fiduciary of the Plans that are ERISA-governed, it is independent of Strategic Advisers within the meaning of XXXX 00-0, that it has received prospectuses for the Fidelity Mutual Funds available under the Plan, and a full and detailed disclosure of the investment advisory and other fees charged to or paid by the Plan with respect to the Managed Account Service and the investment company(ies).

  • The Named Fiduciary may determine to offer as investment options only: (i) FMC Stock, (ii) FMC Technologies Stock, (iii) Fidelity Mutual Funds and Non-Fidelity Mutual Funds (iv) notes evidencing loans to Plan Participants in accordance with the terms of the Plan, (v) Existing Investment Contracts, and (vi) collective investment funds maintained by the Trustee for qualified plans.

  • Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan. For purposes of the Code, Mutual Fund does not include shares of open-end money market mutual funds (unless otherwise advised by Compliance).
