Fiduciary Assets definition

Fiduciary Assets means the assets transferred under the Fiduciary Agreement.
Fiduciary Assets means all of the properties, assets, deposits, funds, investments, agreements, bills, notes, securities, Contracts and rights (including claims against third parties) that are administered, utilized, held as collateral or held for the benefit of others (whether or not constituting all or a portion of the corpus of any trust) by Seller or its Affiliate as agent, custodian, trustee or in any other fiduciary or representative capacity, in each case pursuant to or in connection with the fiduciary accounts for customers referred by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and for which ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is paid a referral fee by Seller or an Affiliate of Seller.
Fiduciary Assets means those assets held for benefit of, or in trust for others. The Trust Company may have investment discretion, or the investment authority may remain with the account holder or external manager.

More Definitions of Fiduciary Assets

Fiduciary Assets means, as of any date, the amount of assets that would be reflected in respect of the caption "Assets restricted to settlement of MoneyGram transactions" on a balance sheet of the Company prepared as of such date in accordance with the policies applied in the preparation of the audited balance sheet of the Company dated as of December 31, 1995 contained in the Registration Statement.
Fiduciary Assets means the Initial Fiduciary Assets and the Subsequent Fiduciary Assets.
Fiduciary Assets means all restricted cash and other amounts held in fiduciary accounts, plus all amounts due from policy holders or wholesalers representing premiums to be held by the Company Group and paid to the carriers (net of any commissions or fees retained by the Company Group) and surplus lines tax amounts owed to taxing authorities, in each case, determined in accordance with the Accounting Principles.

Fiduciary Assets means (i) each Fiduciary Deposit, (ii) all of the Fiduciary's rights, claims, interests and benefits in, under or relating to the Fiduciary Loan Agreement, each Securities Lending Agreement, Credit Default Swap and other Synthetic Securities constituting contractual arrangements entered into by the Fiduciary in accordance with the provisions of Clause 4.6 of the Fiduciary Agreement, the Portfolio Collateral Assignment and the Collateral Securities Custody Account (including all Collateral Securities and Eligible Investments acquired under the Fiduciary Loan Agreement together with the Interest Proceeds and Principal Proceeds generated thereby, all Securities Lending Collateral, all cash collateral provided from time to time in respect of the obligations of Dresdner Bank Luxembourg S.A. under outstanding Credit Default Swaps and all other securities or monies credited thereto from time to time) and (iii) all other amounts credited to the Fiduciary Account;
