Field-Based Employees. In addition to the Bank Relationship Manager and the Bank Relationship Team, Bank shall dedicate no less than three full-time Bank employees to (A) respond to operational issues; (B) communicate Bank requirements to Company for purposes of servicing Company Retail Stores; and (C) as contemplated by Section 2.1(f), provide training and support to Company Retail Stores to assist Company Retail Stores achieve Plan goals and objectives. Any changes to the number of dedicated full-time Bank employees will be approved by the Operating Committee.
