Field Dynamics. “we”, “us” or “our”); and

Field Dynamics means the Field Dynamics entity designated on the applicable Ordering Document. “Ordering Document” means any order on a Field Dynamics order form or Statement of Works which references this Agreement. Each Ordering Document which references this Agreement shall be deemed a part of this Agreement. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement is the date which is the earlier of (a) your initial access to Tableau Online through any online provisioning, registration or order process, or (b) the effective date of the first Ordering Document referencing this Agreement. Field Dynamics is an authorised Reseller of Tableau Online. The proprietary owner of Tableau Online is Tableau International. By checking the acceptance box or accessing or using all or any portion of Tableau Online, you are accepting all of the Tableau Online Subscription Agreement Terms and Conditions as included as appendices to this agreement and as published on Tableau’s website at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx (as may be relocated by Tableau from time to time)

  • The Customer consents to Field Dynamics engaging Sub-Processors to process the Data provided that: (i) Field Dynamics provides at least 30 days' prior notice of the addition of any subcontractor (including details of the processing it performs or will perform) (“Sub-Processor Notice”); and (ii) Field Dynamics complies with paragraphs 7.4 and 7.5 of this Appendix.

  • You understand and agree that Field Dynamics will treat your use of the Service as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.

  • Biofuel means liquid or gaseous fuel for transport produced from biomass;

  • Biomethane means biogas that meets pipeline quality natural gas standards.

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Technology means all Software, content, websites, technical data, subroutines, tools, materials, invention disclosures, improvements, apparatus, creations, works of authorship and other similar materials, and all recordings, graphs, drawings, reports, analyses, documentation, user manuals and other writings, and other tangible embodiments of the foregoing, in any form whether or not specifically listed herein.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Columbarium means a building or other aboveground structure that is affixed to land and is a permanent repository for cremated human remains.

  • SAIC means the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the PRC and/or its regional and local counterparts.

  • PEG means public, educational and governmental.
