Field installed definition

Field installed means components, equipment, and/or construction that is to be completed or installed at the site. Field installed does not include reconstruction.

  • Permitted Installation means the activities and the limits to those activities described in Table 1.1.1 of this Permit.

Lessee shall not make nor cause to be made any Alterations or Utility Installations in, on, under or about the Premises without Lessor's prior written consent. Lessee may, however, make non-structural Utility Installations to the interior of the Premises (excluding the roof) without Lessor's consent but upon notice to Lessor, so long as they are not visible from the outside of the Premises, do not involve puncturing, relocating or removing the roof or any existing walls, or changing or interfering with the fire sprinkler or fire detection systems and the cumulative cost thereof during the term of this Lease as extended does not exceed $2,500.00.

  • Nuclear installation means (a) anything defined as a ‘Nuclear Installation’ in the Paris Convention (Convention on Third Party Liability in the Field of Nuclear Energy of 29th July 1960, as subsequently amended) or the Vienna Convention (Vienna Convention on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage); (b) any vessel or means of transport incorporating a nuclear reactor; or (c) any other facility or site containing a nuclear reactor or storing or handling any nuclear fuel or waste.

  • Existing installation means an installation, construction of which began prior to the effective date of any regulation having application to it.
