FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE definition

FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE means the person(s) authorized by Pro-MEC Engineering Services, Inc. to furnish Field Service hereunder. "Customer" means the person, partnership, company, or corporation purchasing Field Service hereunder.
FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE means the person(s) authorized by REMOSA (“Seller”) to furnish Field Service hereunder.

  • Licensee representative means an owner, director, officer, manager, employee, agent, or other representative of a licensee, to the extent that the person acts in a representative capacity.
