Fife Mortgage definition
Fife Mortgage and "Fife Mortgaged Property" shall be deemed deleted in their entirety.
Fife Mortgage means that certain Mortgage and ------------- Security Agreement dated as of March 20, 2000 between Partners and Bank with respect to the Fife Mortgaged Property, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
