Examples of File Transfer Processes in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Distributor may change the File Transfer Processes as proposed under sub-clause (a) whether or not a majority of retailers support the change proposed.

  • If the parties cannot agree the File Transfer Processes within 20 Working Days after the date of execution of this agreement, then either party may raise a Dispute to be determined in accordance with the Dispute resolution process in clause 25.

  • The Distributor’s agreement to provide the requested information other than in accordance with the File Transfer Processes shall be on the basis that the liability of the Distributor in relation to any error or omission in doing so shall be limited by the provisions of clause 26.
