Fill Level definition

Fill Level means the weight of propane ACE Respondents put in their Propane Tanks. As of the date this Order is issued the Fill Level identified on ACE Respondents’ Propane Tanks is 15 pounds.
Fill Level means the weight of propane Blue Rhino Respondents put in their Propane Tanks. As of the date this Order is issued the Fill Level identified on Blue Rhino Respondents’ Propane Tanks is 15 pounds.

Related to Fill Level

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:

  • Floor Level means that stage of construction which in the completed building would constitute the walking surface of the particular floor level referred to in the table of payments.

  • Minimum Index Level means, in respect of a series of bull CBBCs, the lowest Spot Level of the Index during the MCE Valuation Period.

  • Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Minimum Level (ML) means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point.
