Film-Forming definition

Film-Forming means that the composition or formulation, when applied over a substrate, forms a continuous film when Cured, as evidenced by the substantial absence of voids and/or cracks when inspected under a microscope.
Film-Forming shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.13(e).
