Final Cash Redemption Amount definition

Final Cash Redemption Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 14.2.
Final Cash Redemption Amount means (a) the Asset 1 Cash Redemption Amount and, (b) if Asset 2 is not outstanding as at the Scheduled Maturity Date, the Asset 2 Cash Balance.
Final Cash Redemption Amount means, in respect of each Note, the Cash Redemption Amount, or if an M(M)R Restructuring Credit Event has occurred, the sum of the Cash Redemption Amounts determined in respect of each exercise following such M(M)R Restructuring Credit Event..

  • In the event that a Physical Delivery Exception is applicable in respect of a Noteholder, then in each case, each Note of such Noteholder will be redeemed at its Final Cash Redemption Amount on the Early Redemption Date other than in the case of a redemption of the Notes pursuant to Condition 8(a), in which case, each Note of such Noteholder will be redeemed at its Final Redemption Amount.

  • Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Redemption Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Redemption Amount, the Early Redemption Amount (Tax), the Optional Redemption Amount (Call), the Optional Redemption Amount (Put), the Early Termination Amount or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Early Redemption Amount means in respect of each Note in circumstances where such Notes are redeemed early pursuant to Conditions 7(b) or (c), the outstanding principal amount of each Note, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable;

  • Final Redemption Value means the Underlying Reference Value.

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Put) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Early Redemption Amount (Tax) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Tax Redemption Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.02(a).

  • Tax Event Redemption Price means an amount equal to the unpaid principal amount of this Note to be redeemed, which shall be determined by multiplying (1) the Outstanding Principal Amount of this Note by (2) the quotient derived by dividing (A) the outstanding principal amount to be redeemed by Principal Life of the Funding Agreement by (B) the outstanding principal amount of the Funding Agreement.

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.

  • Special Event Redemption Price has the meaning specified in Section 11.2.

  • Interest Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class A Certificates, any Mezzanine Certificates and any Class CE Certificates, the aggregate Accrued Certificate Interest on the Certificates of such Class for such Distribution Date.

  • Early Preference Share Redemption Amount means, subject to the provisions of the Articles and the Conditions, in respect of each Preference Share, an amount expressed in the Settlement Currency calculated by the Calculation Agent as the fair market value (calculated without taking into account the creditworthiness of the Company) of a Preference Share as of the Early Preference Share Valuation Date taking into account such factor(s) as the Calculation Agent determines appropriate, including, but not limited to, the relevant Early Preference Share Redemption Event after deducting any Associated Costs (to the extent not already reflected in such fair market value).

  • CVR Payment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).
