Final Claim Date definition

Final Claim Date means, in relation to any Guaranteed Document, the date stated to be the Final Claim Date in the Creditor Nomination Letter relating to that Guaranteed Document, being a date which is not later than three years after the final maturity date of that Guaranteed Document provided always that the Final Claim Date must be on or before the date falling 3 months before 2 April 2040;
Final Claim Date means December 31, 2025.
