Final Connection definition

Final Connection means the commissioning of the Self-Laid Main by means of the connection between that main and the Existing Main.

  • Associated Contestable Works Means all works of any kind to be provided and carried out by the Connection Provider as described in the relevant Site Specific Agreement excluding the Final Connection Contestable Works.

  • If the Applicant does not submit a Request for Final Connection within two years from the effective date of the Contract, Applicant agrees that SCE shall have the right, at Applicant's sole cost and expense, to reinspect the Distribution Line Extension and to conduct any tests which SCE, in its sole opinion, deems necessary to assure itself of the quality of the Work.

  • All fault repair work which is required to be carried out on those Final Connection Contestable Assets from then on, shall be carried out by WPD save for such works as WPD may require the Connection Provider to carry out to rectify any Defects in the Final Connection Contestable Works.
