Final Decision Document definition

Final Decision Document means the Decision Document issued in accordance with the Prospectus Review Procedures evidencing that the final receipt for the Canadian Prospectus has been issued in each of the Qualifying Provinces;
Final Decision Document means a receipt issued by the Nova Scotia Securities Commission, as principal regulator pursuant to the Passport System, and which evidences the receipt of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission, on behalf of itself and the Canadian Securities Commissions of the other Qualifying Provinces for the Final Prospectus;
Final Decision Document has the meaning given to it in Section 3(e);

  • The Company shall cause commercial copies of the Prospectuses to be delivered to the Underwriter without charge, in such numbers and in such cities as the Underwriter may reasonably request by oral or written instructions to the Company given forthwith after the Final Decision Document has been issued.
