Final Decision Document definition

Final Decision Document means a receipt issued by the Ontario Securities Commission, as principal regulator pursuant to the Passport System, and which evidences the receipt of the Ontario Securities Commission, on behalf of itself and the Canadian Securities Regulators of the other Qualifying Provinces for the Final Prospectus;
Final Decision Document means the Decision Document issued in accordance with the Prospectus Review Procedures evidencing that the final receipt for the Canadian Prospectus has been issued in each of the Qualifying Provinces;
Final Decision Document has the meaning given to it in Section 3(e);
