Final Design means any design in accordance with which the Contractor may proceed pursuant to Clause 5.6.3 [Contractor’s Documents] with the commencement of the Execution of the relevant part of the Works.

Final Design means, depending on the context: (a) the Final Design Documents, (b) the design concepts set forth in the Final Design Documents or (c) the process of development of the Final Design Documents.
