Final Drawing definition

Final Drawing has the meaning specified in Section 3.05(i).

Final Drawing. Has the meaning specified in Section 1.01 of the Intercreditor Agreement.

Final Drawing means, in respect of a Liquidity Facility, a borrowing or drawing of all available and undrawn amounts under such Liquidity Facility in accordance with the provisions thereof other than a Downgrade Drawing.

Examples of Final Drawing in a sentence

• Amounts drawn pursuant to a Final Drawing shall be maintained and invested in accordance with Section 3.5(f) hereof.

• Amounts drawn pursuant to a Final Drawing shall be maintained and invested in accordance with Section 3.05(f).

• Amounts drawn pursuant to a Final Drawing shall be maintained and invested in accordance with Section 3.6(f) hereof.

• A Notice of No Issuance or the Final Drawing Notice may be given by facsimile or electronic mail transmission, confirmed in writing within twenty-four (24) hours, but the failure to so confirm such Notice of No Issuance or the Final Drawing Notice in writing shall not render such Notice of No Issuance or the Final Drawing Notice ineffective.

More Definitions of Final Drawing

Final Drawing means a Drawing honored by the Bank under the Letter of Credit in connection with a Final Drawing Notice.

Final Drawing has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.12(i) hereof.
