Examples of Final Election Date in a sentence
Any Lender that does not advise the Administrative Agent by the Final Election Date shall be deemed to be a Non-Extending Lender.
Subject to Section 5.1, only the last Deferral Election form on or before such Final Election Date of reference shall be effective.
