Final Enrollment definition

Final Enrollment means a licensee has provided all documentation required by OAR 847- 065-0035 and has met all eligibility requirements to participate in the HPSP.

Examples of Final Enrollment in a sentence

  • No later than June 1 of each year, the School shall provide to the Sponsor the School’s Final Enrollment Projection for the upcoming school year.

  • For purposes of this Charter, Final Enrollment Projection is not A nnual Enrollment Capacity, but is the School’s projection for how many students will be enrolled when the school year begins and will serve as the basis for initial FEFP payments.

  • The date of the disbursement must be after the date of the Initial Approval, and prior to the Final Enrollment.

  • The Certifier shall complete its review and issue its Final Enrollment Decision under this subsection j.

  • For purposes of this Charter, Final Enrollment Projection is not Annual Enrollment Capacity, but is the School’s projection for how many students will be enrolled when the school year begins and will serve as the basis for initial FEFP payments.

  • The Tribal Certifier shall expedite its review and issue its Final Enrollment Decision for Minor Applicants notwithstanding other applications for enrollment, provided that the Tribal Certifier meets all deadlines established for Tribal Certifier review provided herein.

  • If your actual enrollment differs from the Final Enrollment Report, please indicate your actual enrollment number in question #2 and provide a brief explanation of the difference.

  • For Applications forwarded from the Enrollment Department to the Certifier and received after December 31, 2008, the Certifier shall complete its review and issue its Final Enrollment Decision by December 31, 2010 or within 18 months of its receipt by the Certifier whichever is later.

  • A Final Enrollment Decision where the person who was the subject of the Final Enrollment Decision (“Member”) was the child subject to a subsequent Order of the Tribal Court establishing paternity to someone other than the person for whom the Enrollment Department relied in its Final Enrollment Decision.

  • The Certifier shall complete its review and issue its Final Enrollment Decision under this subsection k within18 months of the Certifier’s receipt of the Hearing Officer’s final report, or if a supplemental report is requested, within 18 months of the Certifier’s receipt of the Hearing Officer’s supplemental report.

  • Open enrollment means a period of time as defined in rule

  • Enrollment means the number of students who are enrolled in a school operated by the district on October 1. A student shall be counted as one whether the student is enrolled as a full-time or part-time student. Students enrolled in prekindergarten programs shall not be counted.

  • Declining enrollment means a decrease in the District's total enrollment or enrollment in a particular program or curricular / instructional offering which in the sole judgment of the board of education may adversely affect the District's current or future funding and/or the necessity of maintaining certain current or future class sections or curricular / instructional offerings.

  • Annual Enrollment Period or "Enrollment Period" means the period before each policy anniversary so designated by the Sponsor and Lincoln during which you may enroll for coverage under this policy.

  • Initial Enrollment Period means one of the following periods during which you may first enroll for coverage under this plan:

  • Disenrollment means either voluntary or involuntary termination of a participant from the Independent Choices Program.

  • Effective date of enrollment means the first date when an en- rollee is entitled to receive covered benefits.

  • Special Enrollment Period means a period of time allowed under this Plan, other than the eligible person’s Initial Enrollment Period or an Open Enrollment Period, during which an eligible person can request coverage under this Plan as a result of certain events that create special enrollment rights.

  • Enrollment Agreement means an agreement between the Company and an employee, in such form as may be established by the Company from time to time, pursuant to which the employee elects to participate in this Plan, or elects changes with respect to such participation as permitted under the Plan.

  • Concurrent enrollment means the simultaneous enrollment of a qualified student in a district high school and in one or more postsecondary courses at an institution of higher education. Concurrent enrollment does not include a student’s simultaneous enrollment in: a district high school and in one or more secondary career and technical education courses, advanced placement courses, or international baccalaureate courses; an early college course and a postsecondary course; a p-tech school and a postsecondary course; or a district high school and a postsecondary course that does not fall within the definition of concurrent enrollment.

  • Open Enrollment Period means an enrollment period during which time any Eligible Employee and/or Dependent may apply to become a Subscriber and/or Covered Dependent, and existing Subscribers may apply to change to another provider network or coverage option, if available, or elect to terminate coverage.

  • Provider Enrollment means an agreement between the Department and a Medicaid provider to provide room and board and deliver care and services to a Medicaid eligible individual in an adult foster home for compensation.

  • Enrollment Form means an agreement pursuant to which an Eligible Employee may elect to enroll in the Plan, to authorize a new level of payroll deductions, or to stop payroll deductions and withdraw from an Offering Period.

  • Enrollment Period means the period agreed upon by the Policyholder and Us when an Eligible Person may enroll for coverage or an Insured may change benefit elections under the Policy.

  • Enrollment Date means the first day of each Offering Period.

  • Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.

  • Deferral Election means the Participant’s election under Section 3.1 to defer all or a portion of his or her Compensation.

  • Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.

  • Number of Students Who Began the Program means the number of students who began a program who were scheduled to complete the program within 100% of the published program length within the reporting calendar year and excludes all students who cancelled during the cancellation period.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Primary election means any regular primary election held under the election

  • Participating Prescription Drug Provider means an independent retail Pharmacy, chain of retail Pharmacies, mail-order Pharmacy or specialty drug Pharmacy which has entered into an agreement to provide pharmaceutical services to participants in the benefit program. A retail Participating Pharmacy may or may not be a select Participating Pharmacy as that term is used in the Vaccinations Obtained Through Participating Pharmacies section.
