Final Excess Cash definition

Final Excess Cash means the lesser of (i) the Current Balance Sheet Excess Cash or (ii) the amount, if any, by which the Final Cash Balance exceeds the Minimum Cash Balance.
Final Excess Cash has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(b).
Final Excess Cash means the Excess Cash as finally determined pursuant to Section 2.5.

Final Excess Cash has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b) of this Agreement.
