Final Issue Date definition

Final Issue Date means the Second Closing Date, as defined in the Purchase Agreement.
Final Issue Date means the earlier to occur of (i) the first date on which Purchaser resells any of the Notes to any Person which is not an Affiliate of Purchaser and (ii) July 15, 2000.
Final Issue Date means 28 February 2005;

Examples of Final Issue Date in a sentence

  • No further Bonding Guarantees shall be issued and no amendment shall be made to any outstanding Bonding Guarantee, the effect of which would be to increase any Bank’s Outstandings, in each case following the Final Issue Date.

  • Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 40, no Bank may cancel its Commitment before the Final Issue Date (other than at the request of the Company pursuant to Clause 17.3 and save as expressly provided in this Agreement).

  • For the avoidance of doubt the occurrence of the Final Issue Date will not affect the maturity, renewal, extension or any other terms of any Bonding Guarantee.

  • Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default which is continuing prior to the Final Issue Date and at the request of the Majority Banks, all Available Commitments shall be cancelled.

More Definitions of Final Issue Date

Final Issue Date means the Banking Day set out in the Final Terms which is the latest possible Issue Date under such Final Terms;
Final Issue Date means the earlier of: (i) the date on which the aggregate Funding Commitment of all Securities issued by the Issuer equals GBP 120,000,000; or (ii) 31 December 2023. The Final Issue date may be extended, subject to the receipt of a Written Resolution approving such extension;
