Final Master Settlement Statement definition
Final Master Settlement Statement has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(g).
Final Master Settlement Statement means the Closing Statement of Net Flows, Closing Statement of Net Worth, Closing Statement of General Account Net Settlement, Closing FMV Calculation and Closing Master Settlement Statement, respectively, in each case together with any revisions thereto made pursuant to this Section 2.4, including, if necessary, the determination of the Accounting Firm.
