Final Passport System Decision Document definition

Final Passport System Decision Document means a receipt for the Prospectus issued in accordance with the Passport System;
Final Passport System Decision Document means the receipt issued by the Ontario Securities Commission (in its capacity as principal regulator under the Passport System) evidencing that final receipts of the Canadian Securities Regulators have been issued in respect of the Canadian Prospectus;
Final Passport System Decision Document means a receipt for this short form prospectus issued in accordance with the Passport System;

Final Passport System Decision Document means the receipt issued by the BCSC, in its capacity as principal regulator under the Passport System, evidencing that final receipts of the Securities Commissions in each of the Qualifying Jurisdictions have been issued in respect of the Final Prospectus.
Final Passport System Decision Document means a final decision document issued by the BCSC for a short form prospectus to qualify for distribution the Underlying Securities, which is deemed to also be a receipt of the securities commissions and other regulatory authorities of the provinces in which the Underlying Securities are distributed, and which evidences that the British Columbia Securities Commission has issued a receipt therefor, pursuant to Multilateral Instrument 11-102 - Passport System, and National Policy 11-202 - Process for Prospectus Reviews in Multiple Jurisdictions prior to the Qualification Deadline;
Final Passport System Decision Document means a receipt for this short form prospectus issued in accordance with the Passport System; "gross" means: (i) in relation to the Company's interest in production or reserves, its "company gross reserves", which are its working interest (operating or non-operating) share before deduction of royalties and without including any royalty interests of the Company; (ii) in relation to wells, the total number of wells in which the Company has an interest; and (iii) in relation to properties, the total area of properties in which the Company has an interest;
