Final permit action means a decision by the Air Pollution Control Officer to grant, deny or cancel an application for a permit to operate, modification or renewal; solely for purposes of seeking judicial review, a failure by the Air Pollution Control Officer to take action on an application within the time periods specified in this regulation; a decision by the Hearing Board altering a permit action by the District; or a decision by the federal EPA to veto a permit or to modify, terminate or revoke a permit or to issue a permit that differs from the permit proposed for issuance by the Air Pollution Control Officer.
Final permit action means the Agency's granting with conditions, refusal to grant, renewal of, or revision of a CAAPP permit, the Agency's determination of incompleteness of a submitted CAAPP application, or the Agency's failure to act on an application for a permit, permit renewal, or permit revision within the time specified in paragraph 5(j), subsection 13, or subsection 14 , or paragraph (j) of subsection 5 of this Section.

Final permit action means the action by the Technical Secretary to grant or deny an application, petition or objection submitted under the provisions of Paragraph 1200-3-9-.02(11) pursuant to the following classifications:

  • Final permit means the version of a permit issued by the Department that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 14, and for a Class I permit, Chapter 13.

  • Development Permit means a document authorizing a development issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;

  • Governmental Approval is any consent, authorization, approval, order, license, franchise, permit, certificate, accreditation, registration, filing or notice, of, issued by, from or to, or other act by or in respect of, any Governmental Authority.

  • Final Approval means the Court’s order granting final approval of the Settlement.

  • Parent Material Contract has the meaning set forth in Section 4.20(a).
