Final Redemption definition

Final Redemption means, in relation to a Series of ETC Securities, a redemption in accordance with these Conditions of all outstanding ETC Securities of such Series upon the occurrence of the Scheduled Maturity Date for such Series.
Final Redemption means the date of the redemption of all remaining outstanding Preferred Units.
Final Redemption. Unless an Extended Due for Payment Date is specified as applicable in the applicable Final Terms for a Series of Covered Bonds, if that Series of Covered Bonds has not already been redeemed or purchased and cancelled in full in accordance with their terms and conditions, those Covered Bonds will be redeemed at their Final Redemption Amount on the Final Maturity Date for such Covered Bonds, as set out in the applicable Final Terms.

Examples of Final Redemption in a sentence

  • Unless previously redeemed, or purchased and cancelled, the Notes will be redeemed at their Final Redemption Amount on the Maturity Date, subject as provided in Condition 12 (Payments – Bearer Notes).

  • Any investors holding these Notes will be subject to the risk that if the Notes are redeemed prior to their Maturity Date, an investor may not be able to reinvest the Amortised Face Amount (see below) so as to receive returns equivalent to the Final Redemption Amount that would, absent such early redemption, have been paid on the Maturity Date.


More Definitions of Final Redemption

Final Redemption means the redemption of all outstanding Trust Units in consideration of payment of the Unit Redemption Price per Trust Unit;
