Final Redemption Amount definition

Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;
Final Redemption Amount means an amount per ETP Security calculated by the Determination Agent equal to the greater of:

  • The obligation of the Guarantor to pay any amounts in respect of the balance of the Final Redemption Amount not so paid shall be deferred as described above.

  • The Issuer shall confirm to the Paying Agents as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event at least 4 Business Days prior to the Final Maturity Date of a Series of Covered Bonds whether payment will be made in full of the Final Redemption Amount in respect of such Series of Covered Bonds on that Final Maturity Date.

Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its Outstanding Principal Amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the Conditions or the relevant Final Terms or Pricing Supplement, as applicable;
