Final Redemption Receipt Date definition

Final Redemption Receipt Date means the date on which a holder of a Fund Interest would have received the proceeds of a redemption of such Fund Interest deemed to have been submitted for redemption on or as soon as reasonably practicable after the Valuation Date or final Averaging Date, as the case may be, all as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • If the Calculation Agent determines that the Final Redemption Receipt Date in respect of the final Delayed Fund falls on or after the Long Stop Date, the Notes shall be redeemed at such amount as the Issuer determines in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.

  • Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Optional Redemption Price means $25,000 per share plus an amount equal to accumulated but unpaid dividends (whether or not earned or declared) to the date fixed for redemption and excluding Additional Dividends plus any applicable redemption premium attributable to the designation of a Premium Call Period.

  • Final Redemption Value means the Underlying Reference Value.

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest on the Debenture and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Monthly Redemption means the redemption of this Debenture pursuant to Section 6(b) hereof.

  • Monthly Redemption Amount means, as to a Monthly Redemption, one seventh of the original principal amount at 110% of such principal amount, plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Note.

  • Final Redemption Settlement Date means the day that falls three Currency Business Days after the Final Redemption Date.

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Note Redemption Price means, for the Redemption Date, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Initial Redemption Date means, with respect to any Note or portion thereof to be redeemed pursuant to Section 3.1(b), the date on or after which such Note or portion thereof may be redeemed as determined by or pursuant to the Indenture or a Note Certificate of Supplemental Indenture.

  • Tax Redemption Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.02(a).

  • Special Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.

  • Series A Redemption Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 16.6(b).

  • Special Event Redemption Price has the meaning specified in Section 11.2.
