Final Revised Estimated Date definition

Final Revised Estimated Date means either (a) the Revised Estimated Date determined by the Estimator, if neither Party timely exercises the Review Option or if a Party exercises the Review Option and the Second Estimator agrees with the Estimator’s determination of the Revised Estimated Date; or (b) the Revised Estimated Date determined by the Second Estimator, if a Party exercises the Review Option and the Second Estimator disagrees with the Estimator’s determination of the Revised Estimated Date and therefore issues its own determination of the Revised Estimated Date. Licensor shall deliver the Second Estimator’s written notice to the Rangers promptly upon Licensor’s receipt thereof. The fees and expenses of the Estimator and the Second Estimator for the exercise set forth in this Section 12.05(b)(iii) and in Section 12.05(b)(ii) above shall be borne equally by Licensor and the Rangers.

  • Cost Estimate means the detailed projected expenditure, including material costs and overhead, equipment costs and overhead, labor costs and overhead, and all taxes associated with each major material and service component, required for a line extension. It shall also separately identify any incremental costs associated with providing premium services. The Company may, for the purpose of standardization, establish standard construction cost estimates, for basic or premium service plans, which shall not exceed, in any event, the average cost of constructing such line extensions in the area involved, in which case the term “cost estimate” as used in this section will be understood to mean the standard estimate thus established.

  • Estimated Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Tax Payment Date means, with respect to any applicable Taxes, the date occurring 30 days prior to the date the same are due and payable.

  • Current closure cost estimate means the most recent of the estimates pre- pared in accordance with § 265.142 (a), (b), and (c).

  • Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.

  • Estimated Adjustment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(a).

  • Final Determination Date means the following:

  • Stage Payment Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.4; “Structures” means an elevated road or a flyover, as the case may be;

  • Basic Rent Payment Date means Basic Rent Payment Date as defined in Paragraph 6.

  • State Estimator means a computer model that computes the state (voltage magnitudes and angles) of the Transmission System using the network model and real-time measurements. Line flows, transformer flows, and injections at the busses are calculated from the known state and the transmission line parameters. The State Estimator has the capability to detect and identify bad measurements.

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Lease Payment Date means, with respect to any Interest Payment Date, the 5th Business Day immediately preceding such Interest Payment Date.

  • Assessment Date means the tax assessment effective date for each tax year in question,i.e. December 31 of the immediately preceding calendar year.

  • Payment Determination Date means, with respect to any Payment Date, one (1) Business Day immediately preceding such Payment Date.

  • Monthly Report Determination Date The meaning specified in Section 10.7(a).

  • Quarterly Payment Date means the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December.

  • Preceding year means a period of 12 consecutive months fixed by the division

  • Estimated Value means the value of the Contract estimated under these Contract and Procurement Regulations.

  • Proration Month means the month for which capacity is to be allocated under Item 7.

  • Final Adjustment Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(c).

  • Initial determination means the first child custody determination concerning a particular child.

  • Payment Adjustment Date With respect to each ARM Loan, the date on which the Borrower's Monthly Payment changes in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note.

  • Estimated Closing Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).

  • Estimated Incremental Quarterly Tax Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.9.

  • Base Tax Year means the property tax levy year used

  • De-escalation means the use of a behavior management technique that helps a student increase the student’s control over the student’s emotions and behavior and results in a reduction of a present or potential level of danger that in turn reduces the level of imminent danger of serious physical harm to the student or others.
