Subsequent Transfer Date With respect to each Subsequent Transfer Instrument, the date on which the related Subsequent Mortgage Loans are sold to the Trust Fund.
Relevant Transfer Date means, in relation to a Relevant Transfer, the date upon which the Relevant Transfer takes place;
Subsequent Transfer Instrument: Each Subsequent Transfer Instrument, dated as of a Subsequent Transfer Date, executed by the Trustee and the Depositor substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I, by which Subsequent Loans are transferred to the Trust Fund.
Subsequent Transfer Instrument Each Subsequent Transfer Instrument, dated as of a Subsequent Transfer Date, executed by the Trustee and the Company substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D, by which Subsequent Mortgage Loans are transferred to the Trust Fund.
Subsequent Transfer Agreement A Subsequent Transfer Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit Q hereto, executed and delivered by and among the Depositor, DLJMC and the Trustee and acknowledged by the Servicers, as provided in Section 2.01 hereof.
Subsequent Transaction has the meaning set forth in Section 1.08.
Post-Event Transferee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(e) hereof.
Subsequent Transferee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.06(b).
Document Transfer Event As defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
Series Required Transferor Amount means an amount equal to 7% of the Invested Amount.
Servicing Transfer Date The date on which a Servicing Transfer occurs.

Reais Transfer Date means each Business Day of each calendar month following a Business Day when, as of the Balance Transfer Time for the Bond Administrator, there are available funds in the Collections Account for allocation in accordance with the Indenture.
Mandatory Purchase Date means the Purchase Date for a Mandatory Purchase in accordance with this Statement and the VRDP Purchase Agreement.

VWAP Purchase Date means, with respect to any VWAP Purchase made hereunder, the Business Day following the receipt by the Buyer of a valid VWAP Purchase Notice that the Buyer is to buy Purchase Shares pursuant to Section 1(c) hereof.
Commitment Transfer Supplement means a document in the form of Exhibit 16.3 hereto, properly completed and otherwise in form and substance satisfactory to Agent by which the Purchasing Lender purchases and assumes a portion of the obligation of Lenders to make Advances under this Agreement.
Failed Remarketing Condition—Purchased VRDP Shares Redemption means redemption by the Corporation, at a redemption price equal to $100,000 per share plus accumulated but unpaid dividends thereon (whether or not earned or declared) to, but excluding, the date fixed by the Board of Directors for redemption, of shares of a Series of VRDP Shares that the Liquidity Provider shall have acquired pursuant to the Purchase Obligation and continued to be the beneficial owner of for federal income tax purposes for a continuous period of six (6) months during which such VRDP Shares are tendered for Remarketing on each Business Day in accordance with the Related Documents but cannot be successfully remarketed (i.e., a Failed Remarketing Condition-Purchased VRDP Shares shall have occurred and be continuing for such period of time with respect to such VRDP Shares), determined by the Corporation on a first-in, first-out basis, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Fee Agreement and these Articles Supplementary.
Pre-Event Transferee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(e) hereof.
Put Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Put Option pursuant to Clause 10.3 (Mandatory repurchase due to a Put Option Event).
Restricted Payment Transaction means any Restricted Payment permitted pursuant to Section 409, any Permitted Payment, any Permitted Investment, or any transaction specifically excluded from the definition of the term “Restricted Payment” (including pursuant to the exception contained in clause (i) and the parenthetical exclusions contained in clauses (ii) and (iii) of such definition).
Make-Whole Fundamental Change Conversion Period has the following meaning:
Make-Whole Fundamental Change Effective Date means (A) with respect to a Make-Whole Fundamental Change pursuant to clause (A) of the definition thereof, the date on which such Make-Whole Fundamental Change occurs or becomes effective; and (B) with respect to a Make-Whole Fundamental Change pursuant to clause (B) of the definition thereof, the applicable Redemption Notice Date.
Call Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Call Option determined by the Issuer pursuant to Clause 10.2 (Voluntary early redemption – Call Option), Clause 10.3(d) or a date agreed upon between the Bond Trustee and the Issuer in connection with such redemption of Bonds.
Required Payment Amount shall have, for any Distribution Date, the meaning specified for such Distribution Date in Section 4.6(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
