  • If the Depositary receives a duly completed Notice of Purchase Withdrawal, Notice of Final Withdrawal, Notice of Replacement Withdrawal or Notice of Event of Loss Withdrawal (each, a “Withdrawal Notice”) complying with the provisions of this Agreement, it shall make the payments specified therein in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
