Final Working Capital Underage definition
Final Working Capital Underage shall exist when (and shall be equal to the amount by which) the Target Net Working Capital exceeds the Closing Net Working Capital.
Final Working Capital Underage means the amount, if any, by which Final Net Working Capital is less than $130,000,000.
Final Working Capital Underage means the Working Capital Underage as finally agreed or determined in accordance with Section 2.7(b).
