Financial Buyer definition

Financial Buyer means a private equity fund, hedge fund, pooled investment vehicle or similar person or entity that is primarily engaged in investment activities as opposed to direct or indirect operations of a commercial nature.

Financial Buyer has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.

Financial Buyer means any private equity or infrastructure fund and any limited partner that invests in the foregoing that, together with their affiliated funds and managed accounts, have committed assets under management in excess of $3.0 billion.
