Financial Covenant Commitments definition
Financial Covenant Commitments means any Class of Commitments that expressly has the benefit of the Financial Covenant set forth in Section 6.07. As of the First Amendment and Restatement Effective Date, the Revolving Commitment is a Financial Covenant Commitment.
Financial Covenant Commitments means (a) the Initial Revolving Credit Commitments, (b) the 2021 Extended Revolving Credit Commitments and (c) any other Commitments which are designated in an Additional Facility Joinder Agreement, Refinancing Amendment, Extension Amendment or otherwise by the applicable Borrower by notice in writing to the Administrative Agent at any time to have the benefit of the Financial Covenant.
