Financial Covenant Facility definition
Financial Covenant Facility means any Loan or Commitment under any Facility other than a Non-Financial Covenant Facility.
Financial Covenant Facility means the Revolving Facility and each Incremental Revolving Facility or Replacement Revolving Facility (other than any Incremental Revolving Facility or Replacement Revolving Facility for which the applicable Lenders have agreed in the applicable Incremental Assumption Agreement or Refinancing Amendment that such Incremental Revolving Facility or Replacement Revolving Facility shall not have the direct benefit of Section 6.10).
Financial Covenant Facility means any Loan or Commitment under any Facility other than a Non-Financial Covenant Facility. “Financial Covenant Lender” means a Lender with a Commitment, or that holds a Loan, under a Financial Covenant Facility. “Financial Covenants” means the covenants set forth in Sections 7.16, 7.17 and 7.18.
