Financial Covenant Threshold Amount definition

Financial Covenant Threshold Amount means the greater of (i) fifteen percent (15%) of the Aggregate Revolving Commitments and (ii) $15,000,000.
Financial Covenant Threshold Amount means an amount equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the Aggregate Revolving Commitment Amount.
