Financial LG definition
Financial LG means any LG which is not a Performance LG and in that regard, determination of whether an LG is a Financial LG or Performance LG shall be at the Bank’s sole discretion.
Financial LG means a Letter of Guarantee if it serves as a payment guarantee of the Borrower's financial obligations and is treated as a direct credit substitute for purposes of the Capital Adequacy Guidelines;
