Financial Misreporting definition
Financial Misreporting means intentionally or negligently committing a financial or accounting error or omission, or the use of an inappropriate accounting policy;
Day reporting means a program of enhanced supervision
Accounting Information means the annual audited consolidated financial statements or, as the case may be, the quarterly unaudited consolidated financial statements, each in respect of the Borrower and the Group, to be provided by the Borrower to the Agent in accordance with Clause 11.6.
Rapid(ly) report(ing) means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.
Financial Crime means money laundering, terrorist financing, bribery, corruption, tax evasion, fraud, evasion of economic or trade sanctions, and/or any acts or attempts to circumvent or violate any Laws relating to these matters.
Reporting means submission of claims data and data fields of information of a report.
