Financial Performance definition

Financial Performance means the financial performance of Tollgrade Communications, Inc. and/or a Participating Entity as determined from time to time by the Committee or its delegate.

Financial Performance means the financial performance component used to determine an Executive Officer’s Target Award and shall be either the same as the component used for determining awards under Section 4.04 of this Plan, the ATIP, the AIP, or a combination thereof as applicable to the Executive Officer and as set forth in Section 4.05.

Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Key Performance Indicators or “KPIs” means the performance measurements and targets set out in Part 3 of Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Performance Assurance means collateral in the form of cash or letters of credit, or other security acceptable to the requesting Party.
