Financial Performance Measure definition

Financial Performance Measure means a measure that is determined and presented in accordance with the accounting principles used in preparing the Company’s financial statements (including “non-GAAP” financial measures, such as those appearing in the Company’s earnings releases or Management Discussion and Analysis), and any measure that is derived wholly or in part from such measure. Stock price and total shareholder return (and any measures derived wholly or in part therefrom) shall be considered Financial Performance Measures.
Financial Performance Measure means a measure that is determined and presented in accordance with the accounting principles used in preparing Cor3 & Co. (Holdings) Limited’s financial statements (including “non-GAAP” financial measures, such as those appearing in Cor3 & Co. (Holdings) Limited’s earnings releases or Management Discussion and Analysis), and any measure that is derived wholly or in part from such measure. Stock price and total shareholder return (and any measures derived wholly or in part therefrom) shall be considered Financial Performance Measures.
Financial Performance Measure means a measure that is determined and presented in accordance with the accounting principles used in preparing YY Group Holding Limited ’s financial statements (including “non-GAAP” financial measures, such as those appearing in YY Group Holding Limited ’s earnings releases or Management Discussion and Analysis), and any measure that is derived wholly or in part from such measure. Stock price and total shareholder return (and any measures derived wholly or in part therefrom) shall be considered Financial Performance Measures.

Examples of Financial Performance Measure in a sentence

  • The Target Award shall be weighted in a manner so that 75% of the Target Award shall be based upon the Financial Performance Measure and 25% of the Target Award shall be based upon the Individual Performance Measure.

  • The Company reserves the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to change any of the above determinations with respect to a Performance Period at any time before, during or after such Performance Period, provided that the Financial Performance Measure and the Financial Performance Measure targets may not be changed after the ninetieth day of the Performance Period.

Related to Financial Performance Measure

  • Performance Measures means measures as described in Article 12 on which the performance goals are based and which are approved by the Company’s shareholders pursuant to this Plan in order to qualify Awards as Performance-Based Compensation.
