For purposes of Section 5.3 of the 2005 Agreement, the aggregate fees paid to Supplier under the 2005 Agreement include, in addition to the fees referenced therein, the aggregate fees paid to Supplier under this Agreement and under the Financial Reporting Services Agreement among the Funds, CMA and Supplier.
