financial services industry means the supply of financial products and services by financial institutions throughout the Region;

For example, the definition of Financial Services Industry would not encompass a network established by a company for communication among its branch offices. The definition would, however, encompass a computer network used by the same company to allow its pension administrator to execute trades on behalf of the company's pension fund.
