Financially insolvent district means a school district that:
Improvement district means a local district that operates under and is subject to the provisions of this chapter and Chapter 2a, Part 4, Improvement District Act, including an entity that was created and operated as a county improvement district under the law in effect before April 30, 2007.

Electric utility steam generating unit means any steam electric generating unit that is constructed for the purpose of supplying more than one-third of its potential electric output capacity and more than 25 MW electrical output to any utility power distribution system for sale. Commercial real estate means real estate or an interest in real estate that is not any of the following:
Regional District means the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George.
