Financing Contracts definition

Financing Contracts means (i) each of the agreements entered into between the Group and the respective bank, as made available in the Data Room (a) under folders 02.06, 04.04, 04.06, 04.10.03, 04.11.05, 04.12.03, 04.13.04, 05.04, 06.03, 07.02 and 08.03, and (b) with document numbers 20.8-20.18 and (ii) any agreement entered into, or to be entered into, by the Group relating to the refinancing of a Newbuilding Contract, as disclosed in the Data Room.
Financing Contracts means (i) all obligations of the Seller to General Electric Capital Corporation or to any person for which it is the parent undertaking and (ii) the bank lending contracts, security and finance leases listed in schedule 3;
Financing Contracts means all contractual obligations of the Company and it Subsidiaries that evidence Indebtedness, including the financial lease contracts of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • The Financial Ombudsman Service may order a money award to an Obligor, which may adversely affect the value at which the Financing Contracts in the Receivables could be realised and accordingly the ability of the Issuer to meet its obligations under the Notes.

  • Existing Contracts means the existing licenses and contracts given by the Railway Administration / Authority, in relation to commercial establishments, as existing on Station Development Land, as on the date of the Agreement, and as further set out in the Schedules, which shall, for avoidance of doubt, exclude any licenses and/ or contracts in relation to any Excluded Activities and/or Railway Operational Activities;

  • Financing Arrangements means the arrangements between the Borrower and the State as per current policy of the Borrower, and acceptable to ADB;
