Financing Date definition

Financing Date means the date on which the Principal Amount is delivered to the Company by the Investor.

Financing Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.8.

More Definitions of Financing Date

Financing Date means the date on which all of the conditions set forth in Clause 3.1 are first satisfied or waived.
