Financing Letters definition

Financing Letters has the meaning set forth in Section 5.7.

More Definitions of Financing Letters

Financing Letters or “Debt Commitment Letter” shall include such documents as amended or modified in compliance with this Section 5.12(a).

Financing Letters means each of the engagement letters dated April 30, 1999 from Lehman Brothers Inc. and Lehman Brothers Commercial Paper Inc. to BRS and Purchaser and the commitment letter dated April 30, 1999 from Lehman Brothers Inc. to BRS and Purchaser.

Financing Letters as used herein shall be deemed to refer to the New Financing Letters.
