Financing Partner definition

Financing Partner means an entity that has partnered with a Party in order to provide consumer financing to Customers of the Party’s Products.
Financing Partner means the consumer loan product financier(s) with whom Dvinci works from time to time for the purpose of offering consumers loan products to finance Solar Installations.

More Definitions of Financing Partner

Financing Partner means an assignee of Purchaser that is assuming all or a portion of Purchaser’s obligations under this Agreement in connection with (a) a sale-leaseback transaction, in which Purchaser, or an Affiliate of Purchaser, is concurrently entering into a lease agreement for the Property with such Financing Partner, or (b) any other transaction in which the involvement of such Financing Partner is to assist with the financial obligations of Purchaser at the Close of Escrow, but where in all such circumstances, Purchaser, or an Affiliate of Purchaser, will be the ultimate occupant and user of the entire Property following construction of the improvements to be build on the Property following the Close of Escrow.
